How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Analytics Specialist will be asked to work closely with leaders to develop creative solutions to current challenges. We are looking for data curious individuals who seek to understand process and can connect with our business partners to leverage data and drive improvement. Overview & key responsibilities • Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development • Aggregate views of data sources into meaningful hierarchies • Develop and improve automated reports and analyses to support senior divisional leaders and business units • Create insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards using data visualization tools • Understand drivers of the KPIs through various analyses and work closely with the business team to create solutions • Present findings to business leadership • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing Our culture is rooted in a shared dedication to living our values – Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork – every day, in everything we do.
