About The Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychotherapist to join our team. What We Offer: • A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment • Opportunities to work with diverse client populations, including individuals, families, and groups. • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance • No limits on caseloads or required minimums • Entirely remote work environment • Opportunities for mentorship and professional development • Clinical Supervision Responsibilities: • Provide virtual individual, family & group therapy sessions • Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments & interventions • Collaborate with other mental health professionals • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and best practices • Maintain accurate client records Qualifications: • Master's degree in social work, counseling or a related field • Must hold a valid LMSW, LCSW,LGPC or LPC or equivalent licensure, with eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia. • Candidates must be in good standing with the licensing body and eligible for insurance credentialing. • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base. • Proficient in written and oral communication, capable of effective documentation and client communication.
