Responsibilities: • Appointment Scheduling: Handle inquiries and bookings for virtual appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling platform, ensuring a personalized and efficient scheduling process for our clients • Client Coordination: Engage closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for appointments, suggesting options that align with their schedules and requirements • Service Liaison: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with service providers to secure preferred scheduling slots and services for our clients • Schedule Management: Assist in the development of comprehensive schedules, ensuring appointments are well-organized and align with clients' overall plans and preferences • Special Requests Handling: Work with service providers to accommodate specific client requests, such as preferred appointment times or special preparation needs • Appointment Confirmation: Assist clients in understanding the requirements for their appointments, including preparation steps and any necessary follow-up actions • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from clients after their appointments to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement Requirements: • High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment • A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction • Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail • Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite About LoveBound Destinations: LoveBound Destinations excels in crafting unforgettable destination weddings tailored to each couple's unique love story.
