Remote Business Development Rep ($1,380/mo + Commission)

See what we do here: www.NicheAcademy.com We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to engage customer prospects and setup meetings for our sales managers. You will work with our business development representative team lead and other senior sales members, allowing you to get insight into the world of sales. Responsibilities • Present, promote, and set up product demo appointments using solid arguments to prospective customers • Reach out to warm customer leads, primarily through cold calling • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments • Continuously improve through feedback • 20 hours per week Skills • 1-2 years of previous outbound sales or appointment setting experience required. • Highly motivated, target-driven, and fearless about calling potential customers. • Excited to learn how to effectively and efficiently call into potential customers. • Willing to iterate and improve on messaging while collaborating with others. • Excellent communication and writing skills.
