Position Data Entry Specialist Job Location Remote - must live within WI or MN Employment Term- Temp to Hire, starting March 2025 Employment Type Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri 2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:30pm, Mon-Fri Starting Pay $14.00 per hour Required Education High School Diploma/GED Required Experience Previous high volume data entry experience preferred, typing tests required As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include data entry and verification of data online interface with a high level of accuracy and provide exceptional customer service. Job Duties Consistently achieve both quality and production standards. Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision. Complete understanding of business rules. Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures. Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval. Requirements 50+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key, with 95% accuracy Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts.
