Position Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will have a significant impact on the visual language of our brands, translating product and marketing strategies into compelling designs for both digital and print media. What You'll Do: Brand Development:Evolve and uphold our brand identity across various mediums, ensuring modernity and consistency aligned with business goals. Creative Campaigns:Lead the design of captivating visual concepts for extensive marketing campaigns, social media, and digital initiatives that resonate with audiences. Digital Design:Create engaging digital content while collaborating with UX/UI teams on user-friendly interfaces for websites and apps. Print Design & Packaging:Design print materials and prepare files for production, ensuring top-quality results and effective collaboration with vendors. Multimedia & Motion Graphics:Create dynamic animated visuals for various platforms including video marketing and social media content. Collaboration & Leadership:Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of creative excellence within the team. Trend Spotting:Stay current with design innovations and actively contribute fresh ideas to the team. Client & Stakeholder Interaction:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align creativity with business objectives. Project Management:Oversee multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. What You Bring to the Table: Experience:5+ years in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house setting. Software Mastery:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma, After Effects, and Premiere is valuable. Creativity & Vision:A diverse portfolio that reflects your design capabilities and innovative approach. Attention to Detail:Strong design sensibilities with an eye for typography, color, and layout. Tech Savvy:Familiarity with web design practices, including HTML/CSS is a plus. Project Management Skills:Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and juggle competing priorities. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written abilities to present and discuss creative concepts confidently.
