We’re looking for a Thumbnail Designer who can conceptualize and create compelling thumbnail images for YouTube videos, driving engagement and audience growth. What You'll Do: As our Thumbnail Designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' YouTube channels. Your responsibilities include: Design Expertise: Develop visually appealing thumbnails aligned with each client’s brand guidelines. Content Creation: Produce 3–6 thumbnails per week from concept to completion. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current YouTube thumbnail trends and evolving audience preferences. Feedback-Driven Improvements: Use data and analytics to refine designs and test new approaches. A/B Testing: Experiment with multiple thumbnail variations to determine what drives the best results. Collaborative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming video headlines, descriptions, and tags to enhance content discoverability. Who You Are: We’re looking for someone who is: Visually Savvy: You have a strong eye for design and a passion for aesthetics. Bonus points if you’ve edited videos before! Data-Driven: You love using feedback and analytics to improve your work. Communicative: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you can hold your own in both team meetings and family poker nights. Tech-Savvy: You’re a fast learner with software and know how to up your Slack GIF game. Creative Yet Disciplined: You thrive in combining creativity with structured workflows to meet deadlines.
