Position Overview: As a Data Science Specialist – Healthcare Analytics, you will collaborate with diverse, innovative professionals to design, develop, and deploy advanced models that analyze complex healthcare data. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful insights, transform workflows, and shape the future of healthcare analytics at Solventum. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy models using advanced data science techniques to analyze healthcare data. Collaborate with clinical experts and researchers to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Build scalable data analytics pipelines and AI models using cloud platforms. Integrate AI/ML models into existing workflows and solutions. Effectively communicate complex findings to key stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of data science experience focused on healthcare analytics, OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of data science experience focused on healthcare analytics. Proven expertise working with healthcare data, including unstructured, clinical, and medical coding data. Experience with AI and machine learning platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AWS SageMaker. Proficiency with programming languages, databases, and data visualization tools. Hands-on experience with cloud services and building data pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field. Experience with AWS cloud services. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of medical classification systems (e.g., CPT, ICD-10). Experience with predictive modeling, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). Familiarity with revenue cycle and denials management solutions. Why Join Solventum?
