Data Entry Operator

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with exceptional expertise in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of Vape and Smoke shop inventory. The ideal candidate will extract and analyze data from our ERPs (SAP, iVend, Lightspeed) to provide actionable insights, optimize inventory management, and drive efficient purchasing decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Extract and generate detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems. • Compare sales orders against purchase orders to identify gaps and opportunities for efficient purchasing. • Analyze data from multiple store locations to identify top-selling inventory and recommend restocking strategies. • Review underperforming inventory in stores and provide actionable insights for creating discounts or promotional deals. • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data. • Categorize and analyze Vape and Smoke shop inventory to identify emerging product trends and recommend future purchases. • Create dashboards and visualizations in Excel or other tools to present data insights effectively. • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data by regularly auditing reports and ERP data entries. Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the retail or Vape and Smoke shop industry. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.). • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis. • Ability to identify and predict market trends specific to the Vape and Smoke shop industry. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
