Working across a wide range of systems, technologies, and teams, IT plays a critical role in Acquco’s success. Acquco is seeking a Manager of Cloud IT Operations to administer its IT systems and resolve technical issues in a fully remote, global environment. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exceptional growth potential, learning opportunities, and the chance to see immediate impacts of your solutions across all business areas. Responsibilities: • Manage Cloud IT Operations: Oversee all aspects of cloud SaaS and other IT systems for the company, including administration of corporate accounts. • Budgeting, Procurement, and Cost Optimization: Manage the company IT spend, including contract negotiations, payment/purchasing, and cost management. • IT Systems Development: Develop and customize workflows/scripts of IT systems to meet operational needs. • User and System Management: Administer user accounts, system access, and IT security systems with regular audits and updates. • Implement Security Measures: Enforce policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access. • Troubleshooting and Solution Architecting: Respond to user, management, and executive leadership requests for IT support, including remote troubleshooting and collaborating across divisions on technology projects. • Hardware Management: Organize and manage company hardware assets. • Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of globally distributed IT professionals.

Qualifications

Required: • 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with expertise in Cloud SaaS administration (e.g., Google Workspace). • 3+ years of experience in cloud security administration (e.g., user account permission management and cloud key vaults). • A bachelor's degree in any information technology field. • Ability to learn new digital tools quickly. Preferred: • Knowledge of IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Automation and scripting knowledge. • Experience with Zendesk. Characteristics: • Effective at self-prioritizing efforts, recognizing (possibly time-sensitive) cost/benefits of actions. • Effective and proactive communicator, adjusting language to ensure comprehension by (possibly non-technical) teammates, enabling everyone to make informed decisions. • Capable of overcoming obstacles and finding solutions, including seeking help from internal and external resources. • Collaborative teammate who thrives within an inclusive culture, working across business divisions with teammates of diverse backgrounds. • Embodies a growth mindset and a willingness to explore the unknown, learning new technologies while implementing them.
