3rd Shift Direct Care Staff/Caregiver
OVERNIGHT POSITION: Must be an experienced caregiver that is reliable, responsive, trustworthy, and kind. Must be able to pass background checks, have reliable transportation, and be able to physically assist with transfers (This is a no lift home). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PERSONAL CARE, ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, DRESSING, GROOMING, MEAL PREPARATION, AND MEDICATION MANAGEMENT. Overnight position 9pm to 9am.
Summary
As a 3rd Shift Direct Care Staff/Caregiver, you will be essential in providing compassionate support and assistance to residents in a group home setting. Your core skills in caregiving will be complemented by your premium skills in patient observation, first aid, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will ensure a safe and clean environment while promoting the well-being of each individual. Reporting to the Home Manager, your role will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for residents, making a meaningful impact in their daily routines and overall care.
