Responsibilities

Manage reservations handle inquiries make bookings and confirm room availability. Interact with clients via phone email and in person addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations. Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and welcoming demeanor. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong knowledge of travel destinations attractions and various products and services. Exceptional customer service and problemsolving abilities. Passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences. Must be 18 years or older.
