Position Overview: Care.com is seeking a Principal Workday Analyst to further transform our Workday ecosystem into best-in-class. This person will possess a broad understanding of cross-functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday system to effectively develop and deliver solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple modules. They will guarantee timely releases of deliverables, including but not limited to administration, integrations, feature enhancements, reports, dashboards, and security with the Care.com infrastructure and third-party vendors. What You’ll Do: Hands on discovery and implementation of technical configuration and support of multiple Workday functional areas such as Financial Management (Adaptive, Revenue, Ledger, Operational, Assets, Projects, Expenses, Banking, Reporting) and Human Capital Management (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Advance Compensation, Reporting) along with third party integrations supporting each functional area. • Maintain and improve Workday integrations and security models across a full Workday platform. • Hands-on system configuration and administration including functional area updates, business process/workflow setup and modification, security, etc. as determined by business requirements. • Develops, reviews, and updates configuration documentation for change management requests and new implementations. • Supports business by shaping customer requirements, analyzing alternatives, providing recommendations, and developing appropriate technical and business solutions for implementation. • Analyzes alternatives on various options to determine the best solutions to support overall business goals and objectives. • Troubleshoots issues including but not limited to integrations, reporting, incorrect data or actions • Research current and emerging workday technology and process methodologies to propose changes were needed. • Work in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change Who You Are: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Workday Ecosystem (including configuration, EIB, and Studio) across the functional areas Financial Management and Human Capital Management. • Workday certifications are highly preferred • Technical and configuration knowledge of outlined Workday modules, practices, procedures, and ability to apply in varied situations • Experience with SOX and SOC2 compliance requirements • Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of internal customers • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in related field is highly preferred For a list of our Perks + Benefits, click here! Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
