We are currently looking for technicians who have passion for coffee. The perfect fit is someone who loves to fix things, likes to work from home, likes to set their own hours, is able to stay focused in immersive work, and can complete tasks at a consistently high level. Job Overview: Technician As a Technician at The Brew Group you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and thorough cleaning of Jura coffee machines. This role requires mechanical skills for precise repairs following our procedures. Each project takes about 3-6 hours. Some repair background is required. We will provide training for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Master our 175-step refurbishment process to ensure machine functionality. • Pick up projects, complete the work, and drop them back off on a timely basis. • Troubleshoot complex problems and seek solutions proactively. • Follow detailed procedures, report to the service manager, and complete a rigorous quality check. Job Types: Contract/1099 Independent Contractor Pay: Up to $18-$25 per hour based on experience. Repair experience of some kind is a must. We provide training for the right candidate.
