Job Description

NOVA 1 LLC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented experienced part-time remote Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. In this role, you will manage critical administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations, program reporting, online applications, insurance paperwork, and general administrative tasks. Must have some availability during normal business hours to collaborate with other staff but, other work hours are flexible. Key Responsibilities • Organize and manage electronic documents, including contracts and reports. • Assist with completing and submitting online program applications. • Handle insurance paperwork and ensure compliance with requirements. • Support the executive team in managing various administrative and project-related tasks. Qualifications • Proficiency in general computer operations and digital tools. • Experience with electronic document management systems. • Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
