Collaborate with the students educational team to assess progress and modify lessons as necessary. Utilize online platforms effectively to conduct lessons and monitor student development. Required Skills Strong instructional capabilities with a focus on elementary-level ELL students. Proficiency in online teaching platforms and virtual learning tools. Ability to design engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. Competence in creating a positive and encouraging online learning environment. Qualifications Valid Missouri teaching certification with an ESL/ELL endorsement. Demonstrated experience in educating English Language Learners (ELL) across various grade levels. Familiarity and comfort with online teaching platforms and virtual learning technologies. Capacity to establish a dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection.
Compensation
The position offers competitive hourly compensation of $35 or more, commensurate with your experience.
