About the position The Document Controller | Data Entry Clerk position at Robert Half involves managing and entering data related to 401k statements within the financial services industry. This remote role requires high precision in data entry and document management, with a focus on effective communication and timely processing of documents. Responsibilities • Review and interpret 401k statements to extract relevant data , • Enter and maintain data in a new database with high precision , • Leverage Google docs for data entry and record management , • Communicate effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms , • Handle 7-10 documents on a daily basis ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms , • Provide assistance with reporting needs as required , • Navigate complex documents comfortably and efficiently , • Work flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time , • Utilize a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry , • Proven proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration , • Demonstrated skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy , • Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents , • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively , • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel , • Strong written and verbal communication skills , • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice-to-haves Benefits • Medical insurance , • Vision insurance , • Dental insurance , • Life insurance , • Disability insurance , • 401(k) plan Apply Job!
