Management Associate - Entry Level

What we look for in an Entry Level Management Associate: • Use direct communication to secure new customers, achieve outreach goals, and complete sales metrics • Build a positive image and representation of the client brand by providing informative customer service before, during, and after the sales process • Develop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products • Work with the sales team and other Entry Level Management Associates to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local community • Utilize entry-level training on sales, customer service, client expectations, and business metrics to generate new opportunities for the client successfully • Analyze sales results to identify patterns, track market preferences, and better assist customer service and marketing strategies Qualifications for a Successful Entry Level Management Associate: • A high school diploma or equivalency • An Associate's degree or two-year program certification is encouraged • Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, management, or leadership is encouraged • Ability to properly communicate the benefits and elements of client services during sales, given the proper entry-level training for Entry Level Management Associates • Reliability in time management to follow training schedules and achieve planned goals for marketing, product visibility, sales, and customer service • Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Entry Level Management Associates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Ability to Relocate: • Buena Ventura Lakes, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road Apply Job!
