Job Summary We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associates and Retail Stock Associates to join our merchandise team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns. • Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Requirements • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions. • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Please note that full-time positions require full availability seven days a week, including early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
