Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a live chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling. • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers. • Experience with customer service software and live chat platforms is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
