Summary The Delivery Analyst Intern works on delivering data, data products, and information that drives our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. You will learn the details about the data with which we work and Acxiom’s products to ensure our clients and third-party vendors receive clean, improved, segmented, ready-to-market data. You will strive daily to improve quality, understand requirements and tackle issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow. You will also analyze, solve problems and modify/change processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients. You will have opportunities to practice and enhance career-critical skills around teamwork, communication, adaptability and problem-solving. Internship details: • This internship opportunity will begin May 19, 2025 • Internship is open to remote and Local candidates. • 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-29/week during the semester • Anticipated graduation date between May 2026 - December 2026 • Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status) What you will do: • Learn to effectively work through issue resolution which may include tool errors that require escalation and data integrity issues • Develop an understanding for some of the following depending on specific assignment: • Monitor input/output files, supervise and verify data processing jobs • Learn established procedures and project requirements • Accurately audit and validate source data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to specifications, ensuring zero defects • Learn and use standard tools, products and platforms for processing files • Ensure delivery of accurate output information to clients or their vendors • Apply transfer mechanisms to move data to appropriate platforms • Investigate potential processing efficiencies and redundancies • Identify, recommend and document code changes or makes appropriate code changes What you will need: • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business Data Analytics, or related field • Problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities • Effective communication • Demonstrable skill with Microsoft Office applications • Interest in learning about Marketing Technology industry • Exposure to SQL and programming languages What will set you apart: • Grasp of relational database design • Working Knowledge (Understanding of Syntax) of the following: • Unix • SQL / PL –SQL • Perl • Shell Scripting • Campaign Management Tools Who are we seeking? • Top Talent & High Performers: We hire the brightest in the industry! • Innovative Collaborators: We drive operational improvements to promote efficiency and improve performance. • Future Leaders: We develop our people and promote from within. • Game Changers: We empower people to challenge the status quo and explore new possibilities. • Emotional Intelligence: We cultivate greatness both within ourselves and with others. • Hardworking Employees: We look for initiative to conquer complex challenges.
