Must have experience obtaining bodycam footage from police departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of records management practices and be proficient in various document management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of public records while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Responsibilities Review and process FOIL requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage and maintain public records using iManage, SharePoint, and other document management systems. Ensure proper archival processing of documents to facilitate easy retrieval. Implement information governance practices to uphold data integrity and security. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for FOIL requests. Develop and maintain records management policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits of records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices. Skills Proficiency in iManage, SharePoint, and other document management systems. Strong understanding of data management, records management, and compliance management principles. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of archival processing techniques and information governance frameworks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across departments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
