The Entry Level Sales Associate will be working directly with businesses and customers to generate new sales opportunities while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and excellent service. Your role as an Entry Level Sales Associate will involve interacting with customers regularly to identify their needs and offer the most effective solutions. You’ll be expected to track and report on customer interactions and sales performance, all while continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will also collaborate with the internal teams to ensure customers receive timely support and solutions. Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities: • Manage business and customer accounts to serve as their dedicated Entry Level Sales Associate. • Develop strong relationships with business decision makers and customers to gain a deep understanding of their product and service needs. • Identify new sales opportunities through proactive acquisitions and regular customer check-ins. • Provide customers with tailored product solutions to help them achieve their goals. • Track customers and businesses installations to ensure they have a seamless delivery of their new device • Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Associates to share insights and strategies for customer success and overall increase product knowledge • Ensure that customers’ concerns and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner Entry Level Sales Associate Requirements: • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong focus on relationship building. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
