About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Easy Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying GL coding, and performing various administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities • Invoicing Management: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • GL Coding Verification: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval. • Document Management: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices. • Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed. Requirements • Data Entry Experience: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision. • 10-Key by Touch: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills. • Computer Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail. • Office Equipment Familiarity: Must be familiar with various office equipment.
