Teachers On Demand, INC. is seeking Georgia State Certified Teachers to join our team as Virtual Tutors for students in grades 3-12. We offer personalized academic support in general education core subjects, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, and foreign languages. In this role, you will inspire students to reach their full potential by delivering engaging, one-on-one virtual instruction tailored to individual learning needs. Whether it's helping a student conquer challenging subjects or achieve success in advanced coursework, your expertise will make a direct and lasting impact. What You'll Do: • Provide high-quality, interactive virtual tutoring sessions aligned with state standards • Support students in general education subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) as well as AP, IB, and foreign language courses • Assess learning gaps, track progress, and create customized strategies to improve student performance • Foster a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment that builds confidence and academic success • Utilize virtual tools and platforms to connect with students effectively

Requirements

What You Bring: • Current and valid Georgia State Teaching Certification (required) • Bachelor's degree in Education or related subject (Master's preferred) • Experience teaching or tutoring in grades 3-12, including AP, IB, or foreign language instruction • Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.) • A commitment to student success, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude • Tools Needed: Computer, phone, internet access, and quiet work environment
