Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person. • Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction. • Assist in onboarding new customers by providing essential guidance and support. • Identify and report recurring issues or patterns to management.
