Position Summary Sr. Analyst, Product Management should support the product management team by analyzing data, gathering business requirements, and contributing to the planning and execution of product initiatives. It should bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that products meet client expectation and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role • In depth understanding of Clinical/Utilization Management concepts like Prior Authorization • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL • Familiarity with product management tools (Rally) • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $91,800.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
