Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and work collaboratively with clients to develop and execute individualized treatment plans. • Maintain thorough documentation, including updates to diagnoses, treatment plans, and case notes, adhering to company protocols. • Provide exceptional client service while collaborating with a diverse team to address mental health access disparities in our community. • Design and implement innovative interventions to empower clients in achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals. • Ensure timely submission of session documentation in accordance with company policies. • For full-time clinicians, maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients per week. • Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, educational staff, and other relevant personnel to facilitate comprehensive care. • Engage in clinical staff meetings and participate in training sessions. • Undertake additional duties as necessary, contributing to the team's success and growth. Required Skills • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution. • Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC) or LCSW with outpatient therapy experience. • Proven experience in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and writing clinical case notes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients. • Timeliness and accuracy in documentation. • Experience working with a diverse clientele. • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. • Willingness to undergo a background check. Qualifications • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution. • Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC) or LCSW with relevant outpatient therapy experience.
