  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system to track and manage issues efficiently.

• Required Skills and Qualifications •

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in customer service or related field is an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

•

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.

  • Comfortable using various computer systems and software applications.

  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

• Experience •

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with retail or e-commerce industries is advantageous.

• Working Hours •

  • Flexible part-time positions available, with shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, including evenings and weekends.
