Remote Medical Call Center Rep

Start Date Dec 23rd Calling/Audit Schedule: Monday- Friday Training 9am- 3:30pm (PST)- the first 2 weeks the hours will vary based on training Calling/Audit Start Date: ASAP We are seeking Calling/Audit Customer Service Representatives for a 100% remote opportunity with a leader in electronic medical records retrieval! As a Calling/ Auditing Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for placing calls to provider offices for audit purposes to obtain any missing medical documentation which will be entered into the company database. Calling/ Auditing Customer Service Representatives Role and Responsibilities • Perform outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to complete to retrieve medical records via fax, mail, through remote electronic medical record access or by scheduling a visit at the provider location • Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure adherence with challenging project timelines • Complete additional tasks as required to support division Calling/ Auditing Customer Service Representatives Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma • 1+ years of call center experience • Strong ability to handle fast paced training program • Ability to type 40 WPM • Medical terminology a plus • Must have your own work equipment PC/Laptop, mouse and headset • Must be computer savvy- familiar with Google Chrome and able to maneuver through multiple tabs Company DescriptionFor more than 50 years, Helpmates has been connecting job seekers with opportunities in a variety of specialties.
