Key Responsibilities • Manage the CEO’s daily commitments, ensuring efficient communication both within the team and across departments. • Align daily tasks with the organization’s strategic objectives, documenting details, organizing priorities, and distributing action items accordingly. • Capture and translate the CEO’s innovative ideas into actionable plans, ensuring they align with operational standards and follow through on projects. • Oversee the CEO’s calendar and email correspondence, coordinating travel logistics and managing all relevant details seamlessly. • Organize logistics for in-person events, guaranteeing quality and accountability in every planning stage. Required Skills • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities. • Strong communication skills that foster clarity and alignment among team members. • Proficient in effectively prioritizing tasks. • Experience managing emails and calendars efficiently. • Skilled in handling travel arrangements and logistics. • Background in event planning. Qualifications • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record in supporting high-level executives or entrepreneurs. • Familiarity with the marketing and healthcare sectors is highly desirable. • A college degree, ideally in business, marketing, or healthcare, is preferred.

Compensation

And Benefits The expected salary for this position ranges from (70,000 to )80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
