Afterhours Corporate Travel Consultant - Remote World Travel Service is looking for experienced corporate travel agents to assist us with servicing clients during evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience booking domestic and international travel via phone calls. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, solid communication skills, and the ability to work with little supervision will be necessary to be successful in this role. Prior Sabre knowledge is strongly preferred. The position is 100% virtual and will include an increased pay differential. What you will be doing: • Taking calls from travelers and Travel Managers to assist with travel requests • Talk to teammates and travelers to help solve problems • Build relationships with coworkers and clients • Dig into new things, you love learning and want to know how things work • Work on multiple things at the same time, multi-tasking is your middle name • Help travelers get out of crisis • Assisting with a broad range of projects What tools you need in your toolbox: • Sabre GDS Experience is a must! • Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Problem solving with minimal inputs • Strong interpersonal skill • Ability to project a positive attitude • Detailed organizational skills • Strong work ethic • High level of professionalism • Able to work from home About us • WTS specializes in finding travel solutions for companies in the mid-market.
