Duties Include: • General Building Maintenance • Boiler Checks • Pool Checks • Light bulb changing in common area • In room maintenance • Cleaning and Organizing • PM Checks • VIP Checks • Trouble shooting HVAC systems • Respond to guest calls and colleague needs • Respond to emergency situation • Maintain the property • Work on restaurant equipment • Other duties as assigned Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $28-$29/ hour Schedule: Require some flexibility from the employee Apply by 11/30/2024.
