Summary

Under Supervision, This Position Is Responsible For Entering Claims In Compliance With Established Procedures, And Meeting Production And Quality Standards. Identifying And Resolving Eligibility Edits, And Referring All Other Edits To Claims Examiners. What Qualifications You Need • Experience with inputting data into data management systems • Experience with working with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel – medium skills • Needs to be comfortable working with multiple monitors • Experience with working with provider data demographics • Familiar with insurance products such as medical or dental • Experience in a production work environment since daily metrics must be met • Must have a flexible attitude to adapt to daily/weekly changes • Reliable and able to self-manage themselves while working remotely • Able to prioritize work assigned and responsive to calls and emails throughout work day • Must have great attention to detail for accuracy of data entered About the Client Our client offers a broad selection of highly competitive insurance and financial products covering diverse markets including Employer Paid and Voluntary Group Benefits and an array of Enhanced Product Services.
