Associate Consultant-Telephony-CDW IT

Qualifications: One to three years experience in voice telecommunications with experience in VoIP technologies, Cisco Communication Manger, Unity / Unified Messaging and IPCC, Cisco routers and voice gateways. Working knowledge of Layer 3 Transport and Networking Concepts. A knowledge of a telecom network infrastructure (i.e., local & long distance telco's, telco products, TFN's, etc.). Hands-on experience in call center programming for Cisco IPCC and ICM. Other Call Center product experience is a plus. Knowledge of CVP, IVR, CCX, PoE, 65xx, 45xx, 3750, 2960, ASA-Phone VPN, T1 PRI ISDN, ISDN QSIG, H323, SIP RFC 3261/RFC 2833 and SCCP with specific programming experience with Cisco voice platforms a plus. Work Environment: Normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm; start and end times can be flexible. The incumbent is expected to be able to work outside normal business hours and on weekends as necessary to perform scheduled infrastructure maintenance.
