We’re looking for a tech-savvy, innovative Director of Information Technology to lead Kalderos’ technological initiatives and oversee their day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. What You’ll Do: • Work closely with the CTO and CISO to establish the company’s internal IT vision and manage infrastructure resources necessary. • Develop and maintain a best-in-class Cloud IT infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and able to adapt as technology and threats evolve • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet functional objectives • Manage IT vendor relationships and control infrastructure costs, improving the bottom-line of the organization • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency • Work with the InfoSec team to ensure a secure IT infrastructure, achieving necessary compliance requirements • Work with the InfoSec team to ensure IT infrastructure and IT control environment achieves security and compliance requirements necessary for meeting auditor expectations for SOC 2 attestations and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance. • Work collaboratively with other department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions to support the company’s goals and objectives • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology and evaluate their potential impact on the company What You’ll Bring: • Proven leadership experience in an IT department with an emphasis on strong strategic thinking and ability to align IT objectives to overall business goals • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, networks, and emerging technologies, catering to both Windows and Mac users in a cloud-native environment • Experience leading complex IT projects, including rolling out new IT platforms • Familiarity with common SaaS apps • Strong track record of delivering results, and demonstrated understanding of both the technical and business aspects of information technology • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Prior experience working in organizations with compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA) requirements • Ability to manage changing priorities in a growth-stage company Expected Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000 base + bonus ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Highlighted Company Perks and Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits • 401k with company match • Flexible PTO with a 10 day minimum • Opportunity for growth • Mobile & Wifi Reimbursement • Commuter Reimbursement • Donation matching for charitable contributions • Travel reimbursement for healthcare services not available near your home • New employee home office setup reimbursement What It’s Like Working Here • We thrive on collaboration, because we believe that all voices matter and we can only put our best work into the world when we work together to solve problems. • We empower each other and believe in ensuring all voices are heard. • We know the importance of feedback in individual and organizational growth and development, which is why we've embedded it into our practice and culture. • We’re curious and go deep.
