Pharmacists needed for fully Remote easy task (US - Illinois)

Position Overview: We are seeking four Remote Pharmacists based in the US (living in either Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois) licensed in Illinois , to work for a premium client in the medical field. This is a fully remote/work-from-home position giving support to customers, with a special and fairly limited role in providing/verifying verbal prescription orders over the phone with local clinics. Training will be provided and may have to occur on nights/weekends while the working hours will be during regular B2B hours ( 7:15 am CST and 6:15pm CST). Essential functions: • Review pertinent patient information and check appropriateness using clinical criteria. • Practice and maintain the principles of utilization management by adhering to company policies and procedures. • Uphold clinical integrity of pharmaceutical solutions by participating in ongoing training programs to ensure quality performance in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. • Be available for consultation on pharmacy-related questions to resolve claims submission related to medication edits. • Provide optimum customer service through professional/accurate communication while maintaining NCQA and health plans required timeframes. • Other duties as assigned. Training Program: • Short paid training ,fully remote. Requirements: • Current Illinois license for registered Pharmacist. • Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy • 1-3 years experience • Clinical experience preferred • Exceptional communication skills over the phone • Good organizational skills. Internet and Hardware Requirements: • Internet: Broadband connection with Ethernet-based LAN. • Processor: 1.8GHz upwards (64bit preferable). • RAM: 8GB upwards. • Storage: 10GB minimum. • Resolution: 1920x1080 preferred. • Headset: Wired USB. • Operating System: Windows 10 or upwards.
