Your role will involve handling confidential patient information; therefore, we require professionalism and adherence to all privacy regulations. Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proficient in data entry and management. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Comfortable with computer systems and software applications. 5. Good typing speed with minimal errors. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities 1. Enter and update patient information and prescription data with accuracy. 2. Review and verify data before entry to ensure accuracy. 3. Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents. 4. Maintain and update company databases and patient records. 5. Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies. 6. Generate reports and prepare presentations as requested. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
