Key Responsibilities: • Provide Specialized Instruction: Deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique academic and behavioral needs of middle or high school students. • Collaborate with the Education Team: Work closely with other educators, specialists, and families to support student success. • Develop and Implement IEPs: Help create and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring their needs are met effectively. • Behavioral Support: Manage a caseload of students with high behavioral needs, employing strategies to foster emotional and academic growth.
