To be eligible for this position, you must be a resident of the state of Maryland. This role requires the use of your personal computer, with specific requirements of at least an i5 processor or higher. Additionally, a high-speed internet connection is essential. Job Description

The Customer Support Center (CSC) at the Maryland Health Connection (MHC) will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the MHC. The CSC assists individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. The CSC will utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers to ensure delivery of high-quality service for all Maryland consumers.
