Requirements: The Restaurant Manager position requires individuals who have at least three years of experience in a restaurant environment or food industry-related role, as well as prior experience in a leadership position. Moreover, quality communication and interpersonal skills are needed, along with the ability to coach and develop others while maintaining meticulous financial controls.
