Senior Payment Operations Executive

XPaydite is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Payment Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in India. As a Sr. Executive, you will play a pivotal role in day to day operations, supporting, launching, and operating our executive team and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payments, and wants to make a significant impact in the fintech industry. Key responsibilities: • Knowledge of merchant onboarding and KYC procedures • Understanding of PCI DSS framework • Knowledge of Dispute/Chargeback Management Process • Experience of bank and partner integrations • Responsible for coordinating the work within the team • Respond/resolve to customer inquiries related to payment issues email • Provide support to merchants for any onboarding or payment related issues • Reconcile Accounts payable and Accounts receivables transactions and bank transactions reconciliation • Analyse data proactively to identify any potential frauds and corresponding change in fraud rules • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new software features and updates • Manage project timelines and deliverables • Work as a project manager to provide project task effort estimates and ongoing status updates • Collaborate with partners and internal teams including developers to ensure project success • Ensure that project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail • Documenting /communicating functional requirements for dev teams to meet business needs • Ensuring operational compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, Data Privacy etc. • Implements solutions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Other responsibilities: • Implement best practices for security, data protection, and code quality. • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior employees. Preference will be given to candidate with Immediate joiners and Technical and/or post-graduates Qualification: Any graduate. Post graduate or Technical qualifications will be preferred.
