GROWTH MARKETER (Work from anywhere in the world)

RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels (social media, email, paid search, etc). • Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts and conversion rates. • Analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales) to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and customer retention. • Lead initiatives to explore new marketing channels and technologies to enhance growth. • Design and implement referral programs and influencer marketing strategies. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in growth Marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and paid advertising. • Experience with A/B testing, Marketing automation tools, and Data Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc). • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative in a fully remote setting. • Adaptability: You must be quick to adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions. • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT • It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilize and or download company-approved software. • The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on EST or PST • Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks. • Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
