Responsibilities: Working Solutions seeks caring and friendly independent contractors to support a client focused on bringing in-home concierge level medical care and social support to Medicare patients. Working Solutions' contractors will place outbound calls to eligible individuals with the goal of acquiring new patients for the client. Contractors will use their knowledge of Medicare and... insurance coverage to explain the value of the client's offerings and answer questions to encourage patients to book in-home medical appointments to initiate coverage. Each customer lead should be handled with care and empathy, and contractors should expect extended call times in order to explain services and benefits and to finalize medical appointments.
