Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support our partner, CURE, in Germany. This role involves communicating via Slack, making phone calls, and monitoring order statuses on the CURE platform. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, from tracking delivered and canceled orders to following up with partners on issues and cancellations. This role has the flexibility to be divided into shifts and can be customized based on your availability. Key Responsibilities: • Track order statuses (delivered, canceled, pending) on the CURE platform and update records on Slack. • Communicate with partners in Germany through Slack and phone calls. • Follow up on canceled orders, ensuring timely communication and recording any issues. • Update order statuses and take corrective actions if issues arise. • Participate in a 3-day paid training phase to get acquainted with the CURE platform and procedures. • Perform additional tasks as required by our partner, maintaining proactive and professional communication. Ideal Candidate: • Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills. • Previous customer support experience preferred. • Proficient with Slack and comfortable making phone calls to German clients. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and monitor order statuses. • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently. Requirements: • Reliable high-speed internet connection. • A functional laptop with good quality audio/mic setup for calls. • Ability to work within the schedule. Job Requirements Shift Options and Salary Structure Given the flexible nature of this position, we offer various shift arrangements to accommodate different working preferences. Here’s a breakdown of potential shifts and corresponding monthly salaries: Full-Time (Single Employee, 13 hours daily, 6 days a week): • Monthly Salary: 37,180 EGP • Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM Split Shift (Two Employees): • Employee 1: 8 hours daily (e.g., 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) • Employee 2: 5 hours daily (e.g., 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM) • Monthly Salary for Employee 1: 22,880 EGP • Monthly Salary for Employee 2: 14,300 EGP 5-Day / 1-Day Division: • Primary Employee: 5 days a week (13 hours daily) • Monthly Salary: 30,980 EGP • Secondary Employee: 1 day a week (13 hours daily) • Monthly Salary: 6,200 EGP The final arrangement can be tailored based on each applicant's availability and preference for shift division.
