Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system sourced from a continuous influx of images. • Identify various document types as per the provided guidelines. • Review and validate entered data to ensure compliance with our high-quality standards. • Uphold the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in adherence to HIPAA regulations. • Engage professionally with colleagues as required. • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process enhancements. • Ensure the completion of all assigned tasks efficiently on a daily basis. • Execute additional basic office duties as assigned. Required Skills • Strong self-motivation and a dedicated work ethic. • Proficient multitasking abilities, thriving under pressure. • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with efficiency. • Quick learner, capable of following both straightforward and complex instructions. • Firm commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality. • Proficient in reading and communicating in English. • Typing proficiency of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy and 4,500 keystrokes per hour at 95% accuracy.

Compensation
