Freelance - Conference Producer

We are looking to hire a Freelance Conference Producer, who will report directly to the Executive Director in Europe. Conference Content Producers identify topics for a conference through in-depth market research (desk, phone and face to face) to write and produce a commercially viable conference programme that will offer networking and knowledge transfer opportunities for paying delegates, sponsors and speakers. They are responsible for researching and inviting potential speakers to join an event. Qualifications / Skills: • Research skills • Research directly with top executives to identify the key themes of the event • Write original content that delivers innovative insights to a high-level corporate audience • Research and invite relevant executives and experts as SPEAKERS to present at the event • Sound organisational and data management skills, and ability to handle several responsibilities and work under tight time constraints • Ability to work without direct supervision, paying close attention to detail and bearing independent responsibility for data accuracy • Ability to use tact, discretion, and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Journalism, Communication and/or a relevant field • Relevant work experience in a similar role, would be seen as an advantage • Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic functions and formulas. • Familiarity with database management tools Please apply to: [email protected] Apply Job!
