Your Role: This is a remote, home-based sales position. As a field underwriter, your job will be to:

• Follow up with qualified leads—no cold calling required.
• Set virtual or in-person appointments with homeowners who requested insurance coverage.
• Present customized insurance solutions based on client needs and budget.
• Offer additional coverage options, such as mortgage protection, life insurance, disability, and critical illness policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service to help families protect what matters most.
• Track your progress toward financial and career goals.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

• Average commission: $500-$600 per sale
• Typical agents close 5-10 sales per week
• First-year income potential: $120,000+

Qualifications:

• No previous sales experience required – We will train you!
