About the Role Teleperformance USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on our clients' platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines. We're looking for a fearless individual who is inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content to determine compliance with community guidelines
- Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure accurate and quality content moderation
- Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed-upon turnaround times
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site in El Paso, Texas (not a remote position)
- Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
- Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate
- Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work various shifts and meet changing business needs
- Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Predictable and reliable attendance
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
