Description:This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule. THE WORK Analyst will provide financial oversight as finance lead for the MK21A FUZE Development Contract with LM Space Systems. This person will work with Program Management, CAMs, Planning & Finance Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments as well as contractual deliverables. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Ensures EVM and financial information is accurate and compliant to Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) guidelines - Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC) is realistic and reflects the latest scope of work - Provides financial status, guidance and assistance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Managers for responsible contract scope - Preparation & Review of monthly Integrated Program Management Data & Analysis Report (IPMDAR) - Preparation & Review of monthly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) - Support other market segment programs as required WHO YOU ARE You are a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and optimizing production processes. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
